When a cancellation request is made before dispatch, refund initiation is immediate. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within  1-2 business days. Please allow for additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

For orders canceled after dispatch or beyond the specified cancellation window, the advance payment of 20% of the order amount becomes non-refundable.

In instances where Only Black cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is initiated for prepaid orders.

Please be aware that Only Black retains the right to accept or decline any cancellation request. Additionally, we maintain the flexibility to adjust the cancellation window or fee as necessary.
